Michaela Carrington Designs - Fused Glass Jewellery & Art
My name is Michaela and I am addicted to glass!
I am an accountant by day and a glass artist by night…. I have been working with glass for many years and more recently have venturing into the amazing world of lampworking.
After a hard day at the office I can be found in my garage with a glass of wine - setting fire to some glass!
My pieces range from art and homeware to handmade beads and jewellery and everything in-between. Glass is fantastic to work as every piece is different which adds to the charm.
As well as making my own pieces I also run workshops for glass fusing and present fused glass & beadwork projects on www.bead.tv.
The prize I'm offering is a gorgeous piece of fused glass. A brass heart sandwiched between 2 layers of clear glass and fired in the kiln 3 times in total to allow the brass to react with stunning effect. Complete with a sterling silver jump ring & 18' twisted cord. This is one of my very favourite pieces especially as no two hearts will turn out the same.
Oh, and I'm currently offering 15% discount on all items in my etsy shop using the code DISC15 - hope to see you there and happy shopping!
