Yes, we're back - with another great giveaway!
Wow. Can you believe it's the middle of June already? Time flies when you're having fun, they say! We've
certainly been busy and soon we'll show you some of the fruits of our labour.
Our June giveaway is kindly sponsored by
GingerBread Hats, but we'll let them
do a proper introduction in a moment, but first, the "rules and stuff".
This month's prize is a voucher to the value of £20 which can be redeemed against any of the
lovely items shown on GingerBread's website (or their custom design service). Questions regarding the
voucher should be sent directly to: GingerBread@GingerBreadStudios.co.uk.
The June giveaway runs today (16th June) until midnight on Sunday 20th June (winner
to be announced during Monday 21st). To qualify you must post with a valid email address and
the date/time shown on your comment must be before midnight on Sunday 20th June 2010.
To enter, simply visit GingerBread, then come back and post a comment telling us which of their
fabulous hats you like the most! Now, over to our special guest...
Welcome to Handmade Crafts: GingerBread!
GingerBread produces Craft Fashion hats and headwear for London, the UK and the world. Mixing traditional
styles and fabrics with contemporary techniques and fashions, GingerBread offers something for everyone.
Our emphasis is always on the individual. Every item is hand made, and so every single item has its own
individual identity. All our collection pieces can be custom designed to suit colour, fabric or feel (and
custom designs are completely unique - never remade!). All collections are made on a limited edition basis,
and always contain at least one one-off piece. Once it's gone, it's gone for good! We know people are unique,
and believe everyone deserves their own piece of GingerBread that they don't have to share.....
GingerBread comes from the mind, hands and heart of designer-maker Angela Searle, a qualified milliner with
experience from the University of Cumbria, London College of Fashion and Kensington and Chelsea College,
amongst others. Her work has been exhibited in shows, galleries and stores alike, with a sneak peak of her
forthcoming 2010-2011 collection currently being displayed at Fenwick's Department Store in London.
Her current collection, "Level Headed" and previous works can be seen on
and her 2010-2011 collection "Post:Modern" is available from August 2010.
