Peas in a Pod - a fabulous August give-away with Fluffy Cloud!
Well, here we are - August already and the weather simply can't decide if it's the end of summer
or the start of Autumn. But never mind, this particular (fluffy) cloud has definitely got a silver lining!
Thats right, we're back with our give-away, sponsored this month by the lovely Siobhan at Fluffy Cloud. She is
very kindly offering a beautiful (not to mention fun and quirky) "Peas in a Pod" necklace, but I'll let
her tell you all about that in a minute.
The rules are the same as they always are - to enter, visit one of Fluffy Cloud's shops (Etsy or Folksy -
the links are at the end of this post) and then come back and leave a comment here to tell us which of the
lovely goodies you've seen is your favourite. Entries are accepted at our discretion and the winner will
be chosen at random. The giveaway will close at midnight on Wednesday 31st August 2011.
Meet Siobhan from Fluffy Cloud
I make and sell my own jewelery and charms mainly out of polymer clay (also known as FIMO),
although I use other materials such as buttons and recycle old jewelery to give it new
I studied for a BTEC First Diploma in Art & Design but never did anything with it until recently when
I found my creative flare again! I love seeing people enjoy my creations and really enjoy creating. I currently
trade under the name Fluffy Cloud which I hope to turn into a business one day.
This month's prize is pictured above - it's a handmade necklace made out of polymer clay; a group of peas
in a pod, hanging on a silver chain. It fastens with a lobster clasp and is a great item for kids or adults who
like something a bit different - however, despite looking real it isn't edible and shouldn't be left with
very small children as it could present a choking hazard.
Also pictured are my handmade polymer fruit salad earrings and a large oversized button ring.
